  Rates were decent when I signed up, but there has always been a lack of professionalism and extremely poor email etiquette. When I decided to switch Insurance Companies due to better rates, Cindy and her assistant were extremely unprofessional and did not respond to the emails I sent asking for verification of cancellation. I had to contact them, I believe it was 4 times by email and then a phone call before they finally verified and accepted my cancellation, upon hanging up, the assistant said: call us back when that doesn't work out; I definitely wont be calling back as this is one of the most unprofessional customer service I have ever had to deal with.
